Fossil Hunt digs deep into prehistoric history — but not into your personal data. This report documents every layer of our data practices, from surface soil to bedrock.
The excavation layer
Fossil Hunt uncovers no personal data. No excavator registration, no dig site profile, no location tag is collected at any layer of the game.
Geological strata (server logs)
Like a stratigraphic record, our servers automatically note browser type, device category, and an anonymised IP. These strata help us maintain server integrity and are not used to identify individual players.
No invasive extraction (trackers)
Fossil Hunt employs no advertising trackers, no behavioural analytics, and no cookies that follow you beyond the dig site.
The cartographer (Google Fonts)
Custom fonts arrive from Google Fonts. Google's servers handle the font delivery and may log your IP. Their policies govern that interaction.
Young palaeontologists
Fossil Hunt is a curious, educational-spirited game open to all ages. No violent content, no gambling, no restricted material. We collect nothing from any player.
Report amendments
Should our practices shift, this report will be revised and redated. Playing after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
